Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Delight Global LLC, we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience with our cakes, snacks, and pap. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellations
Custom/Personalized Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the delivery/pickup date. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as preparations would have begun.
Standard Orders: Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup.
2. Refunds
Approved cancellations within the allowed timeframe will receive a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
No refunds for orders canceled outside the cancellation window.
3. Event Bookings (Weddings, Birthdays, etc.)
Event bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the date.
Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled less than 14 days before the event.
4. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, refunds will not be issued. A redelivery fee may apply.
5. Quality Guarantee
If you experience any issue with product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review the case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
